$330 PER NIGHT

Off Peak is outside Queensland school holiday periods in the months of February, March, April, May, June, November and December.

  • Minimum 4 night rental during all rental periods.
  • 25% deposit required on booking.
  • Balance required 1 month prior to arrival.

CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES: Check out is at 10am and check in is at 4pm, unless otherwise advised. These times can be flexible if you are not directly following or preceding another tenant.

PEAK NIGHTLY RENTAL

$350 PER NIGHT

Peak periods cover Queensland school holiday periods and the peak fishing season in the months of July, August, September, October.

  • Minimum 4 night rental during all rental periods.

EASTER AND CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

$450 PER NIGHT

Easter includes the State School  Easter school holiday period.

Christmas takes in the week prior to Christmas through to the end of the first week of January.

What a great place to stay. Have stayed in Happy Valley a few times now and this was by far the best place. Great amenities, had everything you needed and more. The kitchen was very spacious and made it easy to cook for large numbers of people with the dining table to suit. Lots of fridge/freezer storage which was excellent. Host was very generous with check-in and check-out times. What a great place to stay, highly recommend.
