Peak $350 per night

Off Peak $300 per night

These are the rates per night for your next family vacation staying at Shearwater on beautiful Fraser Island. If you have any questions, please contact us.

OFF PEAK NIGHTLY RENTAL

Off Peak is outside Queensland school holiday periods in the months of January, February, March, April, May, June, November and December.

• Minimum 4 night rental during all rental periods.
• 50% deposit required on booking.
• Balance required 1 month prior to arrival.

CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES: Check out is at 10am and check in is at 3pm, unless otherwise advised. These times can be flexible if you are not directly following or preceding another tenant.

PEAK NIGHTLY RENTAL

Peak periods cover Queensland school holiday periods and the peak fishing season in the months of July, August, September, October.

• Minimum 4 night rental during all rental periods.
• 50% deposit required on booking.
• Balance required 1 month prior to arrival.

CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES: Check out is at 10am and check in is at 3pm, unless otherwise advised. These times can be flexible if you are not directly following or preceding another tenant.

EASTER

Easter includes all days of the Easter School holiday period.

• Minimum 4 night rental during all rental periods.
• 50% deposit required on booking.
• Balance required 1 month prior to arrival.

Great space, well stocked and host does a fantastic job communicating which is necessary for the remote location.
